Wolfgang Simson
One German's Journey into a Radical Reformation Like it or not, Wolfgang Simson is a prophet. There are a variety opinions on whether or not he has been sent by God, generally divided along lines of how personally threatening his message is. According to Wolfgang himself, he has heard directly from God, talked with angels, and been commanded to take an edgy message to the masses. While some doubt these claims, one thing is certain: Wolfgang has a bold and sometimes scathing critique of the church and Christianity which has been welcomed by many marginalized Jesus-followers and those longing for a braver and more faithful faith. “Gentlemen, you give me hope!”
his past weekend, two of my good friends (Raborn and Tom) and I got together for breakfast at Hardee’s. We try to get together on a weekly basis, but sometimes schedules make that difficult. This particular weekend, we settled on Sunday morning because that was the only time that would work for all three of us. (the Loonies and their team in the Bronx; the Cheeks in Jersey City, NJ) On Sunday morning, we joined the Bronx Fellowship crew for a special assembly in... Read More >> |

| God geeks | You cannot always be torn in two…
Honestly, we do not know much and even what we think we know, we know not well. To be human is to swim in a sea of uncertainty, grasping only occassionally this or that truth to hold onto. Somtimes we find false help — they sink as soon as they are gripped, or hold some hidden malice or danger. Others sustain us long and well. But ever we are looking for that country which is dry land from our weary drifting. There are many voices that cry out that they know the way to land. They sell... Read More >> |
